Full-time Art Director / Designer (all genders) On-site in Munich

Your responsibilities
- Conceptualizing, structuring and implementing sophisticated, complex design projects
- Design, layout and final artwork for high-quality print products
- Visual website and digital media design
- Conceptualizing, designing and implementing signage projects
- Presenting concepts and work results to clients
- Preparing and conducting design workshops
- External and internal project communication and organization
- Independent, autonomous project management including managing and coordinating a design team comprised of permanent and freelance staff, service providers and partners
What you bring
- At least 3 years of experience in conceptualizing, structuring and implementing multidisciplinary design projects and a degree in design or comparable training with several years of agency experience
- Above-average conceptualization and design skills
- Strong, stylistically confident feel for color, shape and typography
- Proficient in standard graphics programs (Adobe Creative Cloud), MS Office, AI-based tools
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- High quality standards and the ability to deliver detailed, error-free work
- Fast take-up of information and logical thinking
- Structured, targeted-oriented and responsible approach
- Reliable, engaged, able to take on high workloads, flexible
- Friendly, cooperative attitude, a team player
