The Allee-Center Leipzig is an established shopping centre that offers a combination of local amenities, social interaction, and urban living. Located in the west of the city with direct access to public transport, its light-flooded atrium with a striking glass dome makes it a vibrant attraction.
The communication concept draws on the centre's architectural features and translates them into a concise visual language. An abstract pattern inspired by the glass dome runs through the cover and divider pages of the investment memorandum, lending the presentation a distinctive conciseness. Specially developed icons and infographics visualise the content, lending clarity and expression to the presentation — a design that strengthens the Allee-Center's identity and emphasises its qualities as a sustainable investment.
