Info

Park Village combines nine different buildings to form a diverse ensemble with a strong identity. The various materials, structures, and colours used in the design of the individual buildings give them their own unique aesthetic. Designed in 2003 by lauber architekten and the internationally renowned firm MVRDV, the neighbourhood embodies progressive architecture that puts people and the requirements of modern working environments at the fore.

The branding takes up this idea and translates it into an expressive, vibrant design. Each building has its own typographic and colour identity, and together they create a strong, recognisable overall impression of the urban area. This idea is carried over in the brochure, website, and room boutique, creating a brand world, both physical and digital, in which individuality and diversity merge to create an inspiring overall experience. Park Village is a unique urban quarter that combines architectural precision with communicative liveliness.

Signage

The new signage system brings the identity of Park Village to life. Coloured steles and sculptural letters give the buildings character and provide orientation. The neighbourhood steles combine information and design, offering an overview of the ensemble's diversity at a glance.

Raumboutique

Raumboutique brings the Park Village concept to life. An open area connects the exhibition and meeting spaces, creating a harmonious whole. Colourful, suspended house letters with graphic information panels create an urban exhibition design that highlights the identity of the ensemble. The representative meeting area is designed to encourage interaction, bringing brand and architecture together.

Event

The estate agent event showcases Park Village as an experiential concept. Digital invitations, a microsite, and a presentation all consistently continue the language of the design. The menu, which is as unique as the individual buildings, translates the character of the ensemble into a culinary experience, combining communication, design, and atmosphere.
