VINZENT is the first wood-hybrid development in Munich's St. Vinzenz district, combining space for living and working in a sustainable and architecturally sophisticated way. Blending harmoniously into its historic surroundings, the ensemble represents a new, responsible form of urban quality of life.
The design concept translates this aspiration into a clear, visual language. Subtile haptic and visual accents, embossed structures, and natural materials give the design a tangible sense of value. The result is a language that formulates a new avant-garde approach to living and working, combining attitude, aesthetics and progress to position VINZENT as a sustainable presence in the urban landscape.
